The Seton Center Wellness Group (SCWG) is a free social support group where community members can access resources and education for a healthier life. The group meets for weekly Wellness Wednesdays at 1:30pm in the multipurpose room at Seton Center. Most sessions will begin with 30 minutes of Chair Yoga, led by Margaret-Ann Radford, followed by discussion. Topics of discussion include nutrition and healthy eating, exercise, activities, and developing healthy habits. Visit our Calendar for specific topics and guest hosts when available.
