The National Human Trafficking Hotline

The National Human Trafficking Hotline connects victims and survivors of sex and labor trafficking with services and supports to get help and stay safe. Call 1-888-373-7888 or text HELP or INFO to 233733.


211 Maryland and PA

Get help with food, housing, utility assistance and other essential health and human services. Dial 211. Available in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Maryland Legal Aid

Maryland Legal Aid (MLA) is the largest provider of free, direct legal services in Maryland and the state’s 3rd largest law firm*. MLA handles civil (not criminal) cases involving a wide range of issues, including child custody, housing, public benefits, consumer

law  (e.g., bankruptcy and debt collection), and criminal record expungements to remove barriers to obtaining child custody, housing, and employment. Visit their website.

Frederick County Community Health Services

Frederick County Community Health Services offers a variety of vital health services that promote health, prevents disease and protects our community.

Community Health Services is comprised of three programs; Communicable Disease and Preparedness, Maternal Child Health and Preventive Health. Call 301-600-1733 or visit their

The United Way Prosperity Center

The Prosperity Center improves lives by providing effective pathways to housing, transportation and careers by creating a one-stop resource for individuals and families. Prosperity Center programs create Pathways to Financial Stability for local ALICE households. The Prosperity Center is a partnership among United Way of Frederick County and many individual, nonprofit, business and government partners. Visit their website.

The Religious Coalition

The Coalition provides the Frederick County community: two emergency shelters; financial support for emergency rental/utility assistance, and security deposits, financial support for prescriptions and emergency dental procedures, and programming to support people once they have been re-housed. The Frederick Rescue Mission

Whether the need is a hot meal, a warm jacket, or respite from the daily challenges of life, the Frederick Rescue Mission serves residents from Frederick County and surrounding areas with grace and love. Visit their website.

Asian American Center of Frederick

The Asian American Center of Frederick provides vital services to assist lower income, minority, and immigrant groups reach their full potential through access to health insurance enrollment, interpreter/translation services, ESL and Citizenship classes, mentoring, housing, education, employment and business development services. Centro Hispano de Frederick

For more than 15 years, Centro Hispano de Frederick has been helping the Frederick immigrant population to succeed in our community. From conducting English and citizenship classes to sponsoring summer STEM classes for students and year-round enrichment events for seniors, Centro has played a crucial role in helping our neighbors from other countries prosper. Catoctin Pregnancy Center

Assists families with needs such as infant, children and maternity clothing, baby food, disposable diapers, infant & children furniture, such as cribs, high chairs, toddler beds, dressers, dressing tables, playpens and toys, etc., for children up to 6-years of age. Frederick County Senior Services

Frederick County Senior Services Division develops and administers programs and activities that support older adults and adults with disabilities in their efforts to remain healthy, active and independent members of the community, and to provide, coordinate and advocate for services which promote the dignity and enrichment of life for all seniors, persons with disabilities, families and caregivers. City of Frederick Department of Housing and Human Services (DHHS)

The DHHS aims to ameliorate the causes and effects of poverty by offering an array of services, including primary medical and behavioral health services, housing, sheltering, and programs to address food insecurities.


A representative is at Seton Center on Thursdays from 9:30am-1:30 p.m. and accepts appointments and walk-ins. Visit their website.

Frederick County Workforce Services

For job seekers, we provide comprehensive career management services, including: career assessment and vocational counseling, computer and job search seminars, assistance with resume and interview preparation, career training scholarships, and access to hundreds of current job listings through the Maryland Workforce Exchange.

For businesses, we utilize innovative strategies to help identify and achieve recruitment, retention and training goals. Services for businesses include: placement assistance, job listing opportunities, customized employee training, access to funding for training, outplacement services, use of onsite facilities, and on-the-job training programs for new hires. Partner Agencies On-Site at Seton Center

Seton Center partners with certain outside agencies to provide their services and assistance to our Northern Frederick County neighbors. Anyone in need of services from these partner agencies may request to schedule their appointment at Seton Center. Some partner agencies may offer walk-in availability at certain times. Please see below for a list of current partners, their services, and their schedules.

Frederick Department of Housing and Human Services

Thursdays, 10am-2pm. Walk-ins welcome.

FCHHS offers a variety of services for Frederick County residents, including assistance with low-income housing, food and nutrition programs, energy assistance, and more. Maryland Legal Aid

Maryland Legal Aid offers a variety of legal services and advice for low-income individuals, including assistance with landlord/tenant disputes, record expungement, bankruptcy and debt collection, employment issues, and more. Heartly House

Confidential appointments may be made by calling 301-662-8800.

Heartly House provides comprehensive services, free of charge, to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, intimate partner violence, human trafficking, and child abuse.

Wednesdays by appointment.

An adult mental health counseling service. Please call 240-840-6811. Existing Seton Center clients may discuss a referral with their Program Manager.
