Deb Bisenieks
Executive Director
Deb brings over 15 years of leadership experience in the social service field to this role. Growing up in Northern Frederick County and still living nearby in Fairfield, PA, she knows the area well and has a deep understanding of the challenges facing the local communities, and she is committed to making a difference in the lives of others.
Deb began her career in the United States Marine Corps before getting her bachelor’s degree in psychology and taking on private sector leadership roles in the mental health field, where she discovered her passion for helping others. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family & friends. She has been with the Seton Center since June 2023.
